Consultation
Boyle Developments offers a complimentary phone consultation to kickstart your project with clarity and direction. If your project already has all necessary plans, approval, and planning permission in place, this consultation is entirely free*
Site Visit
If an on-site consultation is required, we’ll schedule a visit to assess your project needs. During this, our experts will evaluate the scope of work, and provide you with a detailed proposal.
Sign-Off
After you approve the provided quote, we’ll outline a payment plan and issue the initial deposit invoice. To proceed, we’ll need confirmation of available funds for the project’s total cost. Once these steps are completed, we’ll start work as scheduled
*If your plans and approvals are already in place, we’re pleased to offer a complimentary site visit. For those in the initial stages or seeking advice on their plans, we provide a pre-planning consultation service. This includes a 1-hour site visit and subsequent review of expected costs for £250 + VAT. Should we proceed with your project, this fee will be deducted from the total project cost.

From my experience working with Brendon Boyle from the first contact which was initially prior to purchase of the property the level of professional advice, quotations and application of skills to needs of the renovations of my Grade II listed cottage and barn were second to none. Brendon and his team transformed a tired neglected property into a charming pair of holiday letting cottages, on time and within budget.
They are not just tradesmen they are craftsmen, their work is finished perfectly and on time. What we like in particular is they have a complete team of tradesmen which saves many hassles, plus your not waiting for different trades to arrive or trying to arrange them you yourself. They organise the job and get on with it!
We recently had work completed by Brendan and were very impressed with the professional attitude and craftsmanship of the work done.He replaced a large area of rotten wood from our conservatory and a whole rotten panel which he machined and made from scratch. Now fitted it looks exactly like the other panels in the conservatory. The work done was so good we have placed another order,this time to fit a large decking area in our garden.We have already recommended him to several friends should they ever require work to be done.

We knew the visual outcome that we wanted but not the intricacies of construction and Brendan was the only person from the many we had contacted who not only gave us sound advice but also challenged our thinking to ensure we achieved the desired result. For those at the early planning stages without finalised permissions or designs, we offer an initial consultation service. This includes a 1-hour site visit from our team and a follow-up review detailing expected costs and next steps. This service is available for £250 + VAT. However, if you decide to move forward with us for your full project, we’ll deduct this initial fee from your total project cost, making the consultation effectively free.

We typically require an upfront payment ranging from 10% to 20%, contingent on the preliminary requirements of your project. The deposit secures your position in our schedule and ensures that we allocate the appropriate resources and time to your project.
While we recognise that an initial deposit represents an additional outlay, it is a vital part of securing your project's success. Please contact our team to obtain a customised quote.
Can you supply labour/materials only?
Certainly, our services are designed to suit a variety of client needs, including those projects needing exclusively labour or materials. We understand budget constraints and are committed to offering the best possible value within your financial parameters.
